It is located in Chase Hill Apartment. About 20minute walking distance from UTSA main campus. If you walk fast maybe 10 minutes. During semester, there are shuttle buses to UTSA. There are buses stops in front and back of the department, which can makes the going shopping in HEB, walmart, point shopping centers and other places convenient. The rent is $804/month (short term price). And plus additional electricity fee of about $30(depends on personal use) and about $15 for internet. The total price is cheaper than that of maverick creek. I can responsable for renewing the lease (I already in the apartment). PS: I am male.
